The price depends on the bike configuration you choose. Our most affordable option starts from 210 zł per week. As part of our summer promotion, if you rent for two weeks or more, your first week costs just 100 zł!

Yes. A refundable deposit of 100 zł is required. It will be returned in full when you return the bike in good condition.

Just a valid ID, such as a passport or residence permit.

Please let us know at least 2 days in advance. Bring the bike, battery, and charger back to our pickup location, and we'll return your deposit on the spot. The bike should be as clean as when you received it.

Immediately after returning the bike, provided there is no damage beyond normal wear and tear.

Yes. You can freeze your rental during a vacation or illness. Just let us know in advance.

Paid rental weeks are non-refundable, but your deposit will be returned in full.

A cleaning fee of 50 zł will be deducted from your deposit. Return it clean to receive your full deposit back.

Contact us, and we'll replace your bike within 2–4 hours so you can keep working.

Yes. Normal wear and tear, including brakes, chain, and punctures, is covered free of charge. Repairs are only charged if the damage was caused by the renter.

We'll replace it with a fully charged battery free of charge as part of our maintenance service.

Every two weeks for a free maintenance check. It only takes 5–10 minutes.

A charger is included. A full charge takes 4–6 hours. Do not leave the battery charging unattended.

Yes. The bike and battery are rain-resistant. Just avoid riding through deep puddles.

Store it indoors or under a shelter whenever possible. During winter, it's best to take the battery inside overnight.

Simply wipe off dirt when needed. Do not use a high-pressure washer, as it may damage the electronics.

Contact us immediately. All our bikes are equipped with GPS trackers, and we'll help recover the bike. Liability terms are specified in the rental agreement.

Yes. Our bikes are built specifically for courier work, with reinforced frames, hydraulic brakes, and batteries designed to last an entire shift.
